Apply the cream to the penis 10 to 15 minutes before sex. Zinc can also be helpful for PE. The mineral also helps produce testosterone as well as boost your libido and energy. 11 milligrams per day is recommended.

Change your diet
According to previous research, diet has been shown to play a role in premature ejaculation. Incorporating foods into your diet that are rich in zinc and magnesium may help increase the time it takes you to climax. Those foods include:
● oysters
● soybeans
● yogurt
● spinach
● almonds
● chickpeas
● beef and lamb
● dark chocolate
● garlic
● peas

Exercise that pelvic floor
Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can have a have a positive impact on your life in the bedroom. Pelvic floor exercises can help deal with PE by providing better control over ejaculatory reflex. This, in turn, increases time leading to climax. Laying down, contract your pelvic floor muscles for 3 seconds, and then relax for 3 seconds. Repeat for at least 10 times in a row. Gradually increase the number of seconds over time.
